Korobchenko Oleg Vladimirovich, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan & Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, led a delegation to the event and delivered a keynote speech titled "The Republic of Tatarstan: A Land of Opportunities".

The representative from PJSC Tatneft presented the company's operations in the oil and gas sector, with a particular emphasis on its products and technologies. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, a representative from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, as well as heads of relevant departments, including Drilling Technology, Production Company, Deep Water Treatment Engineering, and Technical Laboratory of PJSC Tatneft. Additionally, representatives from Kazan Synthetic Rubber Plant JSC, UK Sheshmaoil, Pioneer, and other companies were also present.

The Republic of Tatarstan is one of the autonomous republics of Russia, and its main macroeconomic indicators are among the highest in Russia. In the industrial structure of Tatarstan, the manufacturing of petroleum products, along with the chemical and petrochemical industries, constitutes 35.8% of the overall economic landscape, while machinery manufacturing and metal processing account for approximately 24.6%. Tatarstan possesses oil reserves across 25% of its territory, and there are 29 petroleum companies dedicated to oil production. The exploitable lifespan of the oil reserves exceeds 30 years.

The delegation outlined the primary cooperation intentions, which encompass several key areas: geological exploration (geophysics, geophysical logging, LWD, MWD, new geological exploration, and deep sediment exploration equipment; unconventional exploration and development, including shale deposits), production (drilling rigs, drilling pumps and parts, gas compressors and parts, and electric motors; crane components, workover equipment and technology, pipe products, laboratory equipment, chemicals to enhance oil yield, assemblies, controller equipment, inspection and testing instruments, automated devices, drones, artificial intelligence, and robotics), and chemicals (production of new sealants, rubber, latex, rubber mixtures, compound rubber, adhesives, and their production equipment).
